XF 2.1 Sending a message to all users

Sorry, I have done this before by can't quite remember how to do it.

If I want to send a message to all users and bring in their name or username eg Dear Username whats the code for it please? Something like <<name>> I guess.

ACP -> Communication -> Message users

You can use {name} as a placeholder which will be changed automatically to the members' names.

Following up from this, can I make text bold and add hyperlinks to text in the message compose box in the back end??
