Send PC To New Users

Where do I go in my ACP to set a message to automatically send to new registered users?
Or is this an add-on?

I thought so, surprised that they didn't add something like this into the 'option' section under user registration for version 1.1 (maybe they still are after more beta work)

I am using his add-on, and when editing the message that is sent in the phrase, the HTML is not working... my links that I put it are not clickable (and when I put them into the <a href> html link tags it all shows up
