I've enabled activity summary, and it started sending emails only to those users who joined after I enabled it. I doesn't send emails to those users who joined before me enabling this feature, even though they have the checkbox "Receive activity summary email" checked AND have been inactive for more than the period that should trigger the email. I have the email log add-on installed, so I know which emails are sent.
So "Start sending summary email when user has been inactive for" is 2 days, and let's say the users that registered before I enabled email summary have been inactive for 7 days, it doesn't send them the e-mail, even though it should. Is that the expected behavior of this feature? Is there a way to force it to send it to all inactive users that were inactive before I enabled it?
