XF 1.2 Send notification to user when his/her thread is moved?

On my forum we have a bunch of editors who, when they find a thread of particular merit, will move it from a "submitted" board to an "editors' picks" board. One of the editors just asked me if the thread starter could automatically be sent a notification when one of his or her threads is moved. That would be marvelous at my forum. Is there such a feature in xenforo, or is there perhaps a mod that will do this?

I'm not aware of an add-on which does that.

I'm fairly sure there's an open suggestion for alerts based on moderator actions, such as moving threads.

Let me second the motion for that, then. Users love the alerts. Might as well expand them (optionally) where possible.
