Selling IPB with a few extras

Seems to me that once upon a time there was a location to sell Invision Power Board licenses. Is that still here? I need to rid myself of IPB as its to complicated for my needs. Any suggestions or links?

Instead of expanding into IPB development, why not bring over the IPB modifications you've already contributed for like the X-Box Live Leaderboards? We need this!

I haven't worked with IPB before. I used to work with SMF with 20+ mods.

If I was to expand to IPB development it would be by contracting/hiring an IPB developer basically. I am more interested in importers from it to my add-ons.
