Implemented Selecting permissions

Just tried adding an administrator and moderator to my board with all permissions available. That required quite a lot of clicking, because I had to click on every permission.

Couldn't a 'select / deselect all' tickbox be added to the permission select screens? It's a small thing, but makes adding administrators / moderators easier.
