Seeking full screen background image for minecraft site.. (and possibly a logo)

Im looking for someone to come up with a sweet minecraft background and possibly a logo for my site. I dont have a huge budget by any means, but I'd be willing to pay for it to be done.

Similar to what they've done here -> http://www.nextgengamers.org/community/ I made a few attempts, but they look cheap and dont have the same effect as the site listed above.
