Security Lock Email Message

When a user logs in to an account that is security locked with the "user must reset password" option, the system displays this message:

Your account is currently security locked and awaiting a password reset. A request was sent to {email}

Is there an add-on that can star out the email address in this message? Like instead of displaying youremail@gmail.com it shows something like y*******l@g****.com

We frequently deal with recovery requests of old security locked accounts. However, if a hacker logs into the account using a compromised username and password, I'd rather not help them out by immediately giving them the account's email address as well.

Your account is currently security locked and you need to reset your password to login. A password reset request has been emailed to you. Please follow the instructions in that email.
