This has take me over a year and I abandoned the migration twice, but I've finally got this over the line. Look and feel is closely based on the default style but with a fair few tweaks, partly for functionality and partly to make it look a little more familiar to existing users.

Smoothly - not entirely. I've had to modify the importer script to get old attachments in and import pms better. Also set up redirects in nginx for old URL redirections, and add the (paid) Enhanced Search addon because the built-in search wasn't useful to me.

Very happy with the end result, however!

Update - now on Xenforo 2.2 with Dark Mode option via Shades of Grey style (lightly edited). Forum is 15 years old at the end of December!
