Searchable Resource fields?

In admin area we have "Resources > Resource fields".

Is it possible modifying the "resource search" to detect values in Resource fields?? or Sort by Resource fields?

For an instance, let's say we have a resource category and it has a resource field named "Condition". So we can put values like
"Brand new" when we add new resources.

Can we search all `Brand new` resources with resource search?
