Jake Bunce Well-known member Mar 21, 2012 #2 Good question. I don't think the default fulltext search engine supports Thai because it has no word separator. Other Asian languages have the same problem. Here is some reading on that: https://blogs.oracle.com/soapbox/entry/fulltext_and_asian_languages_with The "Enhanced Search" addon might work for you. Elasticsearch has a language analyzer for Thai: http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/reference/index-modules/analysis/lang-analyzer.html If no one else has anything to contribute then I suggest you contact Slavik. He is good with Elasticsearch. He also offers an installation service: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/elasticsearch-installation-and-configuration.26216/ But I don't know if he has experience with Asian languages.
