Fixed Search by date in adminCP

Seaching by date in the attachment browser doesn't show results as I would expect. It shows results from date 1 TO date 2. I would expect results to be shown from date 1 UP TO AND INCLUDING date 2. A search from 2004-01-01 - 2004-01-31 shows results including January 30th 2004. Attachments posted the 31st of January do not show up in the results.
