Fixed Scrolling error when swiping on smartphone

When I scroll up or down the page, the scrolling is not smooth as if there is some effect blocking the screen causing the screen to jerk. This happens on both my site and xenforo.com, not on other sites. I use Xenforo 2.3.2, Chrome on iOS 17.6.
