All the time I've been using Resource Manager, I've had a payment link with a PayPal image added over it.

This stop the page scroll at the point shown above in the image.

This is what the code looks like:

I've had to remove the code and just have the URL with the unfurl to get the page to be able to scroll to the bottom again.

Edited, and then fixes the scroll and lets me get to the bottom of the page:

I have a vague memory of this coming up before, but I've never been able to reproduce it. What OS and browser, MacOS and Chrome? And does this happen with any other linked images?

I believe it was specific to the PayPal button in the case I remember before, but it's hard to imagine that a specific image could have any effect over the scroll behavior. Does this happen on a Guest profile (without any browser extensions)?
