Duplicate 'Save and Reload' option on Edit Page screen

It would be nice if we had the option to Save and Reload the Edit Page screen when we're working with the HTML template. Sometimes small tweaks need to be made after saving and looking at the live page. Right now, once we save the page, if we need to make further edits, we have to click the name on the Node Tree and then Page Options, two additional steps each and every time a tweak is made.

Thoughts?
