RTL support

Hello people
I'd like to know if xf supports Arabic language officially like if fhe Arabic language package is reviewed and updated frequently. Also does the Arabic package support English characters? Like if I want to make an English subforum in an Arabic community, will it display properly?

All language packs are third party produced.
