Lack of interest RSS feed for Alerts

Most things I follow with RSS, most times I come back to xF I scan the headlines and see if there are any alerts to things I'm watching or have posted.

Having a RSS feed of alerts specific to me would tie the information and things I want from here/a board, into the one place I track every thing else.

My only concern would be security, but I imagine that can be achieved by securing the url, similar to what Facebook do?

Obfuscated URL is the usual one I've found & used in things I've built.

Any chance we could get an RSS feed for our forum Alerts, presuming it's possible?
EDIT: Maybe what I really mean to say is an RSS feed for Watched Threads, though it'd be nice if likes and profile posts could somehow be thrown into the mix too.
