RSS feed for 2 sections

Hello,

How can i show the latest threads from 2 sections on my website? currently I use RSS feed of one category but I want to show 2 categories is it possible with 1 RSS only?

RSS URLs are one or all. But it does obey user permissions, so threads will only show for forums that the logged in user has access to.
