XenForo's search option generate a random code for you when you search something. So you cannot change the "find-new/6038412/profile-posts" this red part I guess.

I tried, if i set

Replace With: community/update

When i enter "community/update'. It redirect to find-new/..... /profile-posts

Address on the browser display"find-new/..... /profile-posts"

I want address display "community/update".
