XF 1.2 Route Changes

I just upgraded to 1.2

I have the following layout:

www.xyz.com = splash page
www.xyz.com/forum = forum index
www.xyz.com/protal = main portal page.

When I add the route filter forums -> forum I receive "The requested forum could not be found."
Is there anyway to get the forum index back to /forum using route filters?

Are you using xenporta?

I am, however, I am unable to get to the forum index page even with Porta disabled.

All I see is: "The requested forum could not be found."
