Robot: Majestic-12

I hope I am posting this in the correct forum. For the past few days I been observing a new Robot visiting my site. The name of this Robot is:
Robot: Majestic-12
Viewing unknown page, 52 minutes ago

I never herd of this Robot before. Is there anything I should be worried about with this new visitor that anyone knows? The link to this Robot goes here -> http://majestic12.co.uk/bot.php . Not knowing much myself about the subject matter reading the content is to me like reading Chinise.

I've blocked it on my site. It eats up the bandwidth... Just block it in robots.txt
