Restrict certain BB Code for Admin only?

Is there a way to restrict certain BB Code for Admin/Moderator only? Say font size/color for example?

The only permission-based BB codes I am aware of are for signatures using this addon:

Anything more requires a new addon.

I have that Jake and it's really a boon to restrict images, etc. in the signature. However, I wanted to be able to restrict certain BBCodes in the post body or make available only for Admin. I think an if (user is admin) statement before parsing the BBCode in the appropriate file could do the trick.
