Lack of Interest Responsive layout shows Last Poster on mobile

Currently, when you're on a forum page on mobile, for each thread there is a timestamp of when the last post was. Oftentimes users will actually remember *who* posted last, not necessarily what time it was posted. It would be helpful to add the username to this area.

Note: in landscape mode, XF is inconsistent due to the varying pixel counts of smartphones. On all iPhones (even 5/5s longer ones), the last poster is not shown. However, in landscape mode on my HTC One, it is wide enough that the layout changes to show the last poster.

It's not inconsistent, it's based on a trigger point.
You can actually edit the CSS to show the data.

It is consistent to its programmed trigger points, but is inconsistent for the customer-facing use case of "landscape view on smartphone".

That depends entirely on the viewport width.
