Fixed Resource Manager Image Link Bug

I noticed this here for a long time, and was surprised it isn't an active bug report...

When hovering over image links in the resource manager, an underline character occurs AFTER the image in the bottom right.

I have taken an animated capture of it...

I was able to make it vanish by changing the location of the ending </a>, but that may not be the most elegant.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue is now resolved and we are aiming to include that in a future XF release (2.0.13).

Change log:
Don't apply the lightbox markup to images inside links.
