Resource Manager doubt plugin

I have the following question. I am interested in RM but I would like to know if in my capture is a plugin that is part of RD and if I could include it at the beginning of the forum, at the top of the nodes below the welcome message.

Do you mean you want to feature a resource? If so, yes. You just navigate into the resource as an admin with the correct permissions, and there is a menu that lets you choose "Feature resource". It will then appear in that position when people visit your Resources section.
