    Hi guys,

Users on our site can not reset their passwords without getting the following error:

    Not Found
The requested URL /lost-password/10/confirm was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

A similar error occurs when users try to sign up, they can not receive confirmation emails. We changed the settings where they don't need to confirm their account via email to signup as a quick work around to this problem.

Same problem occurs if you click on contact us at the bottom of our site.

What could the issue be? Is it something we can fix in xenforo or something else?

Also you seem to be running SSL, you should force all connections to use it. You can still load the non SSL url if you use Brogan's link.

Thanks, I told hosting company to fix it, they said they fixed it. I guess not.

Thanks for all of the help, setting the correct board url has resolved the problem it seems. Accounts can now be confirmed via email. Feel free to signup and test if you want.

Great support here for a great piece of software.

Have you set a custom URL or are you using the default URL?

I probably have default, where would this be located? Is it in templates?

Everything resolved. Thanks and sorry for my lack of knowledge, you probably considered this an ID10T error type issue. :p
