So reSmush.it has a 5MB upload limit.
It would be nice if files uploaded that are larger than the upload limit are not sent to resmush.it to be rejected and then cascade to the next provider in queue - but just get sent to the next provider in the first instance.
Suspect there's likely a few constraints here, like perhaps this request only being viable with the cron processing and not viable with immediate processing - or such.
Should you choose to implement this at a future date, suggest you make the upload limit for resmush.it admin configurable least resmush.it changes their limit down the track (they may increase or decrease it)
