XF 2.0 Require two-step verification for admins

What happens to admin accounts that already exist if I select 'Require two-step verification' on the group?

Will they be forced to set this up / given a grace period or be locked out?

They’ll be forced to set it up next time they try accessing the Admin Panel.

So in theory they could still delete move posts with the tools built into the board without accessing the admin panel?
