Require minimum Resolution for Gallery Images

A problem that keeps coming up in our gallery is that members upload bad quality images which makes our gallery look really bad.
A setting for minimum resolution would resolve this problem.

Please consider to add a setting to require a minimum resolution for images. Or at least disallow low quality images.
While images do not seem to have the resolution available in the picture properties, this can be calculated from the dimensions, file size, bit depth.

I agree, this is a major issue in my site. especially when there is no option to replace bad quality images with better ones, I do not know how to deal with those ugly pictures.. and there are too many..
