Lack of interest Require "Gender" at Registration

There was an existing suggestion to implement "location" and "gender" as being required at registration.

The "location" requirement has been implemented in 1.4 but the "gender" has not.

However the old suggestion has been closed with "Implemented".

Please allow to set the gender also as being required at registration.

Thank you.
