What is the best reputation system for Xenforo, that is most similar to Mybb?

I want a reputation system, where you can only rep a person once through their profile. I do not want users to get rep through posts, only likes.

On this, can you decide what groups can rep and what can't?
Can you pick how many reputation points the group has? Let's say I want members to only leave neutral rep, upgraded people do +1 and -1, and staff do +10 and -10.

Yes, it is group permission based.

No as it is not a points reputation system. It rates only with positive/neutral/negative. But for a fee it can be adjusted to your needs.
