Replying/quoting the last item in an unordered or ordered list

This is affecting 2.3 and can be replicated here on XF using up to date Chrome Version 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I'm unsure if it matters where the list is, but for this bug report, it's the first in a post.

If you reply/quote the last item in the list by double clicking it to select the text, it will appear to select a random word to reply/quote to. In the case above, "longer".


Additionally, once it's replied to (or quoted), the overlay to reply or quote will disappear so you can't attempt to reply/quote any part other part of the message again without refreshing the page.



This is not the case if you click and drag the last item for selection.



However, from my own user behavior, I double click an item in a list if I want to quote it, which would create quite an annoyance if I had to change my behavior to drag, and of course, if I had to quote the last item frequently.

If there's a sentence before and after the list, the issue still persists.

Except, it will quote a different word from the last item in the list.

So, it might not matter where the list is in a message. Double-click to select and replying to the last item will cause an issue.
