Reply box and options disappear when "Use the rich text editor to create and edit messages" enabled

Hi Guys,

I am a user of a forum powered by XenForo. Recently the reply box at the bottom of threads and the buttons above it (smileys, formatting, insert url, insert picture etc) disappeared. I'm not sure if this was due to an update or some other cause.

The only way I could get the reply box back was to disable "Use the rich text editor to create and edit messages" in preferences. This allowed me to post replies on the forum, but still no longer displayed the buttons.

I just wondered if anyone knew how I could resolve this issue to enable me to post replies and access the buttons?
