Is there a way to change an internal url to a linked text?

For example, I would like to change
https://xenforo.com/community/threads/cta-featured-threads-portal-paid.64261/#post-678212

to
Brogan in "CTA Featured Threads & Portal [Paid]"

Not sure if I understand the question correctly. You can always edit any urls and change the linked text by editing the message.

Or do you mean automatically?

I tried {title} in that screenshot but that didn't seem to work...
What should I use to get the formatting I posted above?

Just leave it blank.

It shouldn't.
Did you test it on new urls?
For old urls it may not work. Maybe rebuilding the caches will help.

Rebuilt caches and posted new link but keep getting the default URL, just like here on xf.com

Are you sure it should work with just the option enabled and nothing entered in the box below?
