The JavaScript charting library that XenForo uses (Chartist.js) has always been a pretty bare-bones library, leaving a lot to be desired.
Meanwhile, Chart.js is actively maintained and improved. It's what I've been using in my Cloudflare addon, and it works fantastically well. The only JavaScript charting library I've run across that's better is Highcharts, but it's a commercial product, so licensing of that would be a thing.
