Renew License after it expire

Hi so my question is will i have to pay 140$ since it will expire on april 1st and wont have the money to extend until 2 weeks or so or even after it expire it will cost me only the renewal fee of 40$

No, you will still renew at $40 (+ the renewal costs of add-ons).
