Which copyright is it?

Have you confirmed with the author that you are permitted to remove it?

As with your other thread, you will need to post in the resource thread for instructions if it is from an add-on.

This is added by either a custom add on or style, because xenforo does not have anything like this a.f.a.i.k. Anyway, I do not think that you can remove a copyright without asking the add on developer or the style designer.
