Bottom left on the blue bar, left side should give the name of the current style you're on, click on it and it will bring up a pop up

If you mean in the ACP, click on the style name and there's an "Allow user selection" checkbox.

I am a tard So used to the way VB works I neglected going into the theme properties. I guess I need more time testing.

It looks like this global setting is the only option, and there's no way to limit by usergroup without editing templates. Is that correct?

If someone understands how the style chooser URL is formed, they can also select it that way.
