XF 1.5 Remove signatures of all members who have no account upgrade

The members who have once had an account upgrade but now no longer have permission to edit their signature, still have a signature text. I would like to remove this.
I would like to remove all signatures by members who are not in usergroup 23,29
Is there a query I can use?
