Very nice add-on Andy, thank you for creating it. I do have a couple of improvement suggestions.

1. Is it possible to remove the insert button so that it just defaults to the full-image button, perhaps with the text just saying "Insert Image" instead. This would save an unnecessary click.

Update after PM from Andy:

It's not doable without additional code changes, that is not a good thing to do as can lead to issues. Also changing the default XenForo function makes it more difficult to use the forum, so leaving the word Insert is a better thing to do in my opinion.

2. A lot of my users upload images then don't click on the images to insert full-images, they just publish the post. In this instance a thumbnail is still displayed by default instead of the full image. Is it possible to change the default here to full as well?

I'd be happy to pay to help getting these two suggestions implemented as they would be a big help for my forums.
