I use my resource manager for reviews. So i don't allow downloads.

But for some reason in the filter tab. It still shows "downloads"
i changed my phrases, thats why its looks different.
Shouldn't that filter "downloads" disable itself, if the download feature isn't used at all?
for now, i will just delete it from the template
