Not planned Remove Disencouraging Users

I don't think many forum owners even use this, and I think it'd be better suited as an addon. It's not really professional and a waste to be core functionality for quite a lot of people I think.

Don't use it if you don't like it. Not all forums aim to be so "professional"

It's in similar vein to vBulletin's Tachy goes to Coventry or even Reddit's shadowbanning. Extremely useful to get rid of trolls or people that are nothing but bothersome.

It's not supposed to be used on regular members as a punishment, for that there are temporary bans.

It's quite the alternative to banning people. You ban people and they make a new account. You discourage them and they get tired of your website running like ****. The only problem is anyone who runs a Xenforo website knows when they have been discouraged on a Xenforo website. Take the OnePlus One forums for example.

I don't guess you have ventured out and taken a look at large off-topic forums. If you had, you would know better.
