XF 1.5 Remove bar

Hello.

I wanted to know how I can remove this bar when you are logged in with a user (who does not have permission to admin)

it is bad that a user can click administers where the port in the admin page (ip / admin.php)
How can I disable it?

That isn't available in the default style to members who are not administrators.

If you are using a third party style you will need to contact the author for support.

Otherwise if it is a style you have created yourself, you will need to check and update your edits to correct it.
