XF 1.3 Remove Anchors from Categories on the Forum List

How would I accomplish this? I want to load a different page showing only the forums under that category like on vBulletin.

I know it's possible as it's done here.

Oh, one more question, actually: When I view a category, it just says Viewing category. Is there any way to add the category name like with forums and threads?
