Fixed Registration warning not correct.

This may not very important but users can change usernames.

"This is the name that will be shown with your messages. You may use any name you wish. Once set, this cannot be changed."

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.1).

Change log:

On the registration form, update the username field's explain text as usernames can be changed now

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.

The user name change permission setting does not affect what is displayed.
