X xenfans Well-known member Mar 25, 2017 #7 This happened to our site as well at totally random, after upgrading to 1.5.13. I can't personally reproduce it, but had a few reports. Refreshing the URL by going back and pressing submit again seemed to solve it for these users. Upvote 0 Downvote
