Hello,

When you fill in all the information on the registration screen and click the register button, it redirects you to the same page and you do not register. What is the problem ?

According to your account, you have multiple active installations on one license.

Once you resolve that situation by deleting the additional installations, or purchasing additional licenses, you will be able to obtain support.
