If you ever wanted to ask about a possible refund, you'd use that form.

I ask because I'm a college student who doesn't make a lot of money, but I want to get a license. Gah decisions.
There is always the option of buying a second hand license from a site like extralicense - https://extralicense.com/
You can normally get them there for a cheaper price, although XenForo is relatively inexpensive as it is.
Keep in mind that if you do buy a second hand license, it cannot be transferred. Buying directly from XenForo will allow you to transfer your license if you decide to sell it.
