You can use munin to generate some graphics for you.

1. % used memory
2. keyspace_hits and % of hits
3. keyspace_misses and % of misses
4. maxmemory_policy
5. start time and uptime

This information is fetched, it is just I'm only displaying some of it which I feel is the most useful in a XenForo context.

well % used memory would be hard to check for as most redis servers default to not setting a limit of memory
