Following the work at http://xenforo.com/community/resources/how-to-add-some-plugins-or-custom-buttons-to-redactor.1996/ I was able to successfully add my new button. With TinyMCE I was able to change what was pasted in depending if text was selected or not.
For instance clicking the button would give me.
While selecting text and clicking the button would give me.
Is there a method for doing this with redactor?
